A Day of Eating
Welcome to Lesson 23! Yeah!
I’m super excited about today’s lesson. Today is where we tie together everything we’ve learned to plan out a full day of eating! This is where the learning truly starts. It’s only when you plan out food specifically to hit a certain amount of macros that you start appreciating food and the amount of food you consume! Today is all about putting what we’ve learned into action.
tl;dr - Plan a full day of eating and log it.
Not a whole lot of reading today - just get after it. You have one goal, plan out a full day of eating in the meal planner section of Fitness Frenzy with the intent to match your macros as closely as you can. In 2 days, we will be preparing what we planned here, for 3 days. Think of today as your final project. YOU GOT THIS!
