Build A Cookbook
Welcome to Lesson 24! Yeah!
Today we learn how to save our meals that we’ve planned out. This way we can start building a personal cookbook of meals that work for us! Oh, and we can share our meals with our buddies!
tl;dr - We can save meals in Fitness Frenzy. Saved meals allow our buddies to view and use them and it allows us to log food with the ‘Other Meals’ option.
Saving and sharing meals was not always going to be in Fitness Frenzy. But, I’m glad it is! It turns out my Pops is an excellent cook and has built a plethora of healthy meals for his family in-app! Honestly, it’s been really fun seeing all of the meals my buddies have put together.
One additional benefit of saving a meal that you’ve planned for is that it allows you to log it anytime, even if it’s no longer in your current meal! To do this we use the “Other Meal” tile in the main dashboard’s “Log Food” section.
So that’s it for today, we are just going to learn how to save a meal and log it. If you haven’t, be sure to plan your full day of eating outlined in lesson 23. Tomorrow is our last lesson where we learn how we can prep 3 day’s worth of our planned day! Final stretch ya’ll!
So to save a meal and log a meal, follow the gif below and finish with tapping “Complete TODOs” at the bottom!

Tap ‘Build’
Tap ‘Traditional’
Set the name
At the very top, tap ‘Enter Name’
Enter in ‘Push Day’
Tap the ‘🔽’ to set the finish
Add the exercises
Tap the search box
Enter exercise name
Tap the ‘🔽’
Drag over the exercise to ‘For Reps’
Set the reps
Tap the first row of the ‘Units’ box on the bottom left
Enter in how many reps for the exercise
Tap the ‘✔️’ to set
Double-tap the reps
Save a meal, and keep logging!
